Bronze Monthly Subscription

Straps cannot be returned or exchanged.  The straps you will receive are at a 50-70% discounted rate when you consider the shipping costs we pay.   There will NOT be any additional charges beyond your monthy purchase. 

As you can imagine the incredibly thin margins we operate under, we do not offer a return or exchange program.  

The strap you receive will be based on the size you chose, coupled with the watch model you shared.

We do not take specific requests about band or stitch color

Straps will be shipped on the 15th to the 20th day of each month with the expectation they arrive in 2-8 days.  USPS has been struggling, and has removed the domestic 2-5 day first class guarantee, but we ship quickly.  

If your strap is not showing in transit after 8 days from your shipment date, a new one will be shipped.  The USPS has had issues showing shipment progress, and many times, scans show up after the item has been delivered.

Paid in full subscriptions are non-refunable.  Monthly subscriptons can be canceled at any time.  We must recieve the Cancellation by the first of the month.  Cancelation Requests received after the first will be take affect the following month. 

Monthly subscriptions with be charged  5th of the month.  

While we able to accomidate special requests on the subscription bands.  We do offer our Subscription members a Discount of 40% on reguar priced item ordered from our Website.
